DEPARTURE AND ARMS IMPORT

You do not need visas.

To enter you need a valid passport or identity card with validity period of a minimum of 6 months and a foreign health insurance (unless you health insurance is also valid in Bulgaria -. Please check)
We can also arrange the flight to Sofia, Burgas or Varna for you. And you have the possibility to be accompanied by an interpreter from the beginning.
He flies together with you, supports you and helps with all formalities. The transfer from the airport to the station and back is by luxury SUVs.
For bringing in your weapon you need now only the European firearms pass and valid hunting license.
For customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein - we can handle the export - and import procedures for your trophies for you!

Accommodation and catering

Accommodation is excellent. Typical Bulgarian hospitality awaits for you in our cabins and residences, which are located directly in the area. A wine cellar with fireplace is simply a must. Meals are on full board. Our guests usually prefer the traditional Bulgarian cuisine, but If you have certain preferences or special requirements, they can be respected.

Trophies

The trophies will be reviewed by a government review commission in Bulgaria. If you have any complaints you can contact us directly. We will be happy to take care of the stylish design of your trophies, according to your requirements. We are experts in preparation and manufacture of wood carved stands. We offer shipping and customs clearance as well.

Foreign exchange regulations

The local currency is Lev. (EUR 1 = Lev 1.95). The import and export of foreign currency is unlimited, but should be declared. If you would like to exchange foreign currency for your current expenses you can turn to your interpreter for assistance.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • The trophies of red deer, fallow deer and roe deer are weighed 24 hours after boiling and cleaning.
  • We guarantee up to 15% accuracy of the booked trophy (excluding wild boar). If at fault of the professional hunter a trophy is shot that exceeds the booked trophy size with more than +/- 15%, the hunter may not accept it and continue to chase his desired trophy.
  • Trophies, which represent a national record, stay in the country.
  • The hunting guest has to pay 70% of the value of the trophy according to price list in advance. He gets the trophy within 3 months after the completion of the hunt.

 

Booking and billing

The confirmation of the reservation for hunting is made by a down payment of 50% of the package price. The remaining amount is due 30 days prior to departure. The costs are specified in the registration documents. After completion of the hunt a deposit of 60% of the caught trophy is paid. The remaining amount is paid when the final invoice is issued. The advance payment of 60% has to be paid in cash on spot.
